I also think she's developing cat allergies, like mama. No fun. She's signing... talking a bunch. She's awesome.

Our car got repossessed so we are kind of screwed but I have a fundme account we managed to get around 600 dollars for in a few days.

I am in therapy twice a week. Started DBT finally and going to get EMDR. My therapist thinks a lot of my anger comes from my mom and how I grew up. Lots of trauma.

I got a new shrink too. He put me on a med for nightmares... is weaning me off benzos and well, its a good plan and I like him.

Yesterday, I had a shrink appointment, hung out with Jeff, got my eyes looked at and then had therapy. So so busy. Juggling things is hard.

I talked to Bill. He thinks we should move in with him in New York. Also facetimed with Alex. Miss those jerks.

So.... soooo busy.
