Off to Berlin!

I haven't had

a single panic attack since I've stopped taking my Abilify. This is great news! I've been pretty busy. I'm still reading a lot. I hang out with Sabina close to every other day. I've been hanging out with Fritz a lot lately too. We had a BBQ at my house on Saturday with Sabina, JP and Fritz. Afterwards, Fritz and I went to Mark's house to watch the Chelsea vs. Bayern game. That was a rough night for the Germans. The next day, we spent at the lake. I'm proud of myself for forcing myself out last night too. Ruedi and I hung out with Fritz and Lars. I've been sooo sooo sleepy lately. I sleep all day and smoke French cigarettes. When I'm not sleeping, I'm eating and reading a lot.
