Last day of group therapy...

It is a bittersweet party, especially since it has been such a structural part of my day. I'll miss the people that I have encountered and I have hope that they'll all find their way somehow. So many people told me that they think I'm a great mother, which means a lot but I find it hard to believe sometimes.

My mom has been watching Arya this past week, which has made things a lot easier and the commute is closer so I can bring her home every night. She started last week and its been nice to have her home every night.

Arya waves and laughs and says 'hey' a lot. She has a cold but she's quite happy and still perfect. We count her birthweeks by each Sunday after she was born so she's turning 6 months this Sunday. (I think) She has a cold but that doesn't stop her from being a chatter box. She's about 13 lbs 11 oz... still on formula. (Not interested in BF) and she still wears size 1 diapers. She loves her hands and her feet. She loves to be read to and she even likes watching tv with mom. She thinks the Orange is the New Black theme is hilarious. Arya is pretty damn adorable.

We are moving out into a cleaner temporary place in town until we are able to live with daddy again, which sucks for the whole process of ADC again...

I start new therapy and start seeing a new psychiatrist soon. I will be starting DBT and am hopeful. I already am starting to feel so much more relieved.

Lets hope I keep this up.

I have an tumultuous

Relationship with food, or rather my stomach. It plays a huge part in my anxiety and panic or it is one of those things that makes me feel out of control.

Another one is cleanliness and my overall appearance. I like to fake confidence and appear to be put together when I'm not.

I've been struggling with my panic lately and usually its when I eat something unhealthy or overeat. I usually can't tell if I'm full until its too late.

I'd like to get better but I don't know what it is... I'm not willingly having an eating disorder... it has nothing to do with my weight. Just food and loss of control.
